As part of the registration process, I provide Business Match Makers my name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone numbers and warrant that such records are current, complete and accurate. I will update them immediately as such information changes.

I agree as follows:

• All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by the Seller through Business Match Makers to me is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Statement or how it was provided to me.
• The Confidential Information will remain the exclusive property of the Seller; and will only be used by me for the Permitted Purpose (contemplating a possible transaction).
• I will not use the Confidential Information for any purpose which might be directly or indirectly detrimental to the Seller or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
• The obligations to ensure and protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information imposed on me in this statement will survive the expiration or termination.
• I may disclose any of the Confidential Information to such of my employees, representatives and advisors that have a need to know for the Permitted Purpose provided. I have informed such personnel of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information. Such personnel agree to be legally bound to the same burdens of confidentiality, non-use and non-disclosure as me. I agree to take all necessary steps to ensure that the terms of this Statement are not violated by such personnel, and I agree to be responsible for and indemnify the Seller for any breach of this Statement by my personnel.
